While any of above package managers is fine, it is currently recommended to use either micromamba or mamba (see `here `_ for installation instructions). We will show all commands using mamba below, but the arguments are the same for the two others. Given that you already have a conda environment in which you want to have this package, install with:: mamba install bio-ting and update with:: mamba update bio-ting To create a new environment, run:: mamba create --name myenvname bio-ting with ``myenvname`` being a reasonable name for the environment (see e.g. the `mamba docs `_ for details and further options). Alternatively, use the docker container:: docker pull quay.io/biocontainers/bio-ting: (see `bio-ting/tags`_ for valid values for ````) .. |downloads_bio-ting| image:: https://img.shields.io/conda/dn/bioconda/bio-ting.svg?style=flat :target: https://anaconda.org/bioconda/bio-ting :alt: (downloads) .. |docker_bio-ting| image:: https://quay.io/repository/biocontainers/bio-ting/status :target: https://quay.io/repository/biocontainers/bio-ting .. _`bio-ting/tags`: https://quay.io/repository/biocontainers/bio-ting?tab=tags .. raw:: html Notes ----- The tool is available as command \`ting\`.
