This package was created to abstract shared functionality from other lab package releases to increase ease of maintainability and reduce code repetition in current and future \'Gx\' suite programs. Major features include a \'CoreSet\' class\, from which \'RadioSet\' and \'PharmacoSet\' are derived\, along with get and set methods for each respective slot. Additional functions related to fitting and plotting dose response curves\, quantifying statistical correlation and calculating area under the curve \(AUC\) or survival fraction \(SF\) are included. For more details please see the included documentation\, as well as\: Smirnov\, P.\, Safikhani\, Z.\, El\-Hachem\, N.\, Wang\, D.\, She\, A.\, Olsen\, C.\, Freeman\, M.\, Selby\, H.\, Gendoo\, D.\, Grossman\, P.\, Beck\, A.\, Aerts\, H.\, Lupien\, M.\, Goldenberg\, A. \(2015\) \. While any of above package managers is fine, it is currently recommended to use either micromamba or mamba (see `here `_ for installation instructions). We will show all commands using mamba below, but the arguments are the same for the two others. Given that you already have a conda environment in which you want to have this package, install with:: mamba install bioconductor-coregx and update with:: mamba update bioconductor-coregx To create a new environment, run:: mamba create --name myenvname bioconductor-coregx with ``myenvname`` being a reasonable name for the environment (see e.g. the `mamba docs `_ for details and further options). Alternatively, use the docker container:: docker pull quay.io/biocontainers/bioconductor-coregx: (see `bioconductor-coregx/tags`_ for valid values for ````) .. |downloads_bioconductor-coregx| image:: https://img.shields.io/conda/dn/bioconda/bioconductor-coregx.svg?style=flat :target: https://anaconda.org/bioconda/bioconductor-coregx :alt: (downloads) .. |docker_bioconductor-coregx| image:: https://quay.io/repository/biocontainers/bioconductor-coregx/status :target: https://quay.io/repository/biocontainers/bioconductor-coregx .. _`bioconductor-coregx/tags`: https://quay.io/repository/biocontainers/bioconductor-coregx?tab=tags .. raw:: html Download stats ----------------- .. raw:: html :file: ../../templates/package_dashboard.html Link to this page ----------------- Render an |install-with-bioconda| badge with the following MarkDown:: [![install with bioconda](https://img.shields.io/badge/install%20with-bioconda-brightgreen.svg?style=flat)](http://bioconda.github.io/recipes/bioconductor-coregx/README.html) .. |install-with-bioconda| image:: https://img.shields.io/badge/install%20with-bioconda-brightgreen.svg?style=flat :target: http://bioconda.github.io/recipes/bioconductor-coregx/README.html
