Installation

With an activated Bioconda channel (see 2. Set up channels), install with:

conda install bioconductor-regsplice

and update with:

conda update bioconductor-regsplice

or use the docker container:

docker pull quay.io/biocontainers/bioconductor-regsplice:<tag>
