Installation

With an activated Bioconda channel (see set-up-channels), install with:

conda install bioconductor-biocstyle

and update with:

conda update bioconductor-biocstyle

or use the docker container:

docker pull quay.io/biocontainers/bioconductor-biocstyle:<tag>
