Installation

With an activated Bioconda channel (see set-up-channels), install with:

conda install bioconductor-rrdp

and update with:

conda update bioconductor-rrdp

or use the docker container:

docker pull quay.io/biocontainers/bioconductor-rrdp:<tag>
