recipe bioconductor-genomicalignments

Provides efficient containers for storing and manipulating short genomic alignments (typically obtained by aligning short reads to a reference genome). This includes read counting, computing the coverage, junction detection, and working with the nucleotide content of the alignments.

Installation

With an activated Bioconda channel (see 2. Set up channels), install with:

conda install bioconductor-genomicalignments

and update with:

conda update bioconductor-genomicalignments

or use the docker container:

docker pull quay.io/biocontainers/bioconductor-genomicalignments:<tag>
